Eric Woolfson

Eric Woolfson (1945-2009) was a Scottish musician, songwriter, and producer best known as the co-founder and primary lyricist of the progressive rock band The Alan Parsons Project. His work primarily spanned the genres of rock, progressive rock, and pop. Woolfson's notable contributions include writing and co-producing many of the band's most celebrated albums, such as "Tales of Mystery and Imagination" (1976), "I Robot" (1977), and "Eye in the Sky" (1982). The latter featured the hit single "Eye in the Sky," which became one of the band's signature songs.
